Our friends at Baker Street Quarter are offering a FREE running club in Marylebone which takes place every Wednesday at 18.30.
The meet up point is outside 64 Baker Street where coach Jon Drever will take you down to Regents Park in order to work up a sweat. This is suitable for all levels of fitness – the only prerequisite is being able to jog 10 minutes into the park. Training includes a combination of running drills, techniques and interval training in short bursts.
