The team behind the global affairs magazine Monocle and the familiar Monocle Café of Chiltern Street will be hosting its third annual Christmas Market at its London headquarters in Marylebone this weekend.
Situated in the courtyard of Midori House, 1 Dorset Street, the event is a perfect opportunity to pick up gifts for friends and family from Monocle’s favourite retailers from around the world. For those who attended the fair last year, there will be stalls from old favourites such as Begg & Co, selling fine cashmere scarfs, Trunk Clothiers and Oyuna.
New editions will be joining the fair this year including: Another Country, CaBas, Coloquy, Littala, M. Hulot, Rose and Rose, and Norway. Alpress coffee and warm treats from the Monocle Café will also be available, accompanied by live music, a renowned tombola and a Japanese gift-wrapping station. For the younger guests, the highlight of the day will be the chance to meet Santa himself and two of his antlered helpers!
Entry to the event is free, though guests are welcome to offer donations to the Committee to Protect Journalists.
When: December 6 – December 7, 11am – 7pm
