The newly re-opened Regent Street Cinema on Marylebone’s eastern border will soon be hosting an evening of film and wine tasting with live music.
Sideways was the surprise box office hit of 2004, telling the story of a wine infused road trip around California. Before the film showing, the audience will be given the opportunity to taste one of the latest releases from the Fess Parker winery (featured in the film itself). Meanwhile live music from the soundtrack will set the scene, played by London Music Works.
The beautifully restored Regent Street Cinema was the original birthplace of British Cinema when it was the venue for the Lumière brothers’ first public demo of the Cinématographe machine.
Tickets are £15 and include the screening, a glass of wine, live music and discounted vinyl soundtrack.
