Small children’s charity ‘The Sick Children’s Trust‘, which keeps families with seriously ill children in hospital together by providing free, high-quality ‘Home from Home’ accommodation at ten locations around the UK is coming to Marylebone Village to hold their annual Christmas carol service.
It will take place in St Marylebone Parish Church on Thursday 3rd December and is the second year that the charity are holding their service here in Marylebone – the community feel of the area is something they enjoyed so much last year.
There will be a cast of celebrity readers including acclaimed actress Vanessa Redgrave, Anita Dobson, Downton Abbey’s Penelope Wilton and Our Girl’s Ben Aldridge.
Last year, the Christmas Carol Concert saw 670 guests attend, raising a record £11,280. Last year, over the Christmas period, the charity supported 331 families with critically ill children in hospital.
Tickets are £15 and available here: sickchildrenstrust.org
