Chef and patron Arnaud Stevens, previously of Maze Grill, Le Jardin de Sens, La Tante Claire at the Berkeley and City Rhodes, will launch his new restaurant Sixtyone in partnership with Searcys on 11 November.
Sixtyone will open at 61 Upper Berkeley Street W1, offering guests a menu full of modern British dishes. The restaurant will be open daily for both lunch and dinner, offering an à la carte menu as well as a weekly set lunch and early evening menu.
The team at Sixtyone will be headed up by general manager Artan Mesekrani (previously of Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s), whilst the international wine list consisting of 200 bins will be managed by sommelier Jonathan Cellier (formerly at Searcys Club, the Gherkin).
Arnaud stated, “I am excited about the opportunity to showcase my food to a new audience of customers, in particular the local neighbourhood.”
