The Weekender – London – 23rd-26th August

Another humid and wet week in the Capital is drawing to a close and the weather is getting better for the weekend (Saturday is a little wet…). The Bank Holiday forecast isn’t looking too bad, so we are recommending everything outdoors for the long weekend.

Notting Hill Carnival

Running since 1966 Notting Hill is taken over with the sites and sounds of the Caribbean. With over 40 static sound systems, dancers, floats and hundreds of food stalls the event normally attracts close to 1 million visitors. Sunday is kids day and Monday is the main parade. So get a taste of the Caribbean in Central London, Monday is going to be hot!
