Bone Daddies opens new branch in Marylebone

The best place to get ramen in London, Bone Daddies, has opened a new location right here in Marylebone.

The new space will be opened on James street in the St. Christopher’s place restaurant area. It will be a two storey site, with the ground floor having a 9-seat L-shaped bar and an open kitchen at the back with a robata grill, so diners get to see the chefs at work. Whilst the basement floor will house a 14-seat communal table.

Ross Shonan, chef proprietor, and executive chef Tom Moxon have created a new menu that will feature new exclusive dishes for James Street along with ramen, robata grilled and other wok fried dishes. Shonan and Moon have introduced a new ‘Kushiyaki’ section for James street, which will include robata grilled skewers with a myriad of different ingredients. You can expect to see; chicken, ox-tail, sweet chilli ponzu, salmon and shiitake mushrooms marinated in kimchee butter.

A whole host of Japanese beers, wines, ciders and sake will be on the drinks list, alongside cocktails and freshly squeezed juices.
