Chi Kitchen’s unveil January exclusive menu


Oxford Street hotspot, Chi Kitchen’s, has announced a January exclusive ‘Tai Chi’ inspired menu to celebrate the new year.

The new menu will be available from the 2nd – 22nd of January and offers a myriad of healthy, pan-asian dishes such as; a chicken and Chinese herb soup, Quinoa Salad and a tuna and avocado tempura sushi roll.

Ping Coombs, the winner of MasterChef 2014, and the Executive Chef at Chi Kitchen’s has created the new exclusive menu to embrace a harmonised balance, which is in line with the philosophy of ‘Tai Chi’. Although ‘Tai Chi’ was originally a Chinese martial art, today it is used to promote good health and well being. The philosophy of ‘Tai Chi’ is simple yet powerful – ‘to be balanced’. This is exactly what Coombs and her kitchen have tried to achieve with this menu. It provides a healthy alternative, as well as plates that will appeal to our more indulgent sides. Dishes such as the chicken and Chinese herb soup are made with healthy, super-food ingredients. Whereas the tuna and avocado sushi roll, which you can choose to have deep-fried, is there to self indulge.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Chis’s Kitchen is the perfect alternative whenever you feel a little peckish hunting for those January sales.
