Marylebone Christmas Lights 2014 – Our favourite Marylebone event, this really is not to be missed. With something on offer for all the family all provided by local Marylebone businesses, it’s a guaranteed crowd pleaser. There’ll be festive food and drink to keep your energy levels up whether you’re set to browse stalls or visit Santa’s grotto. The event takes place at 3.30pm-6.30pm on the 19th November.

La Fromagerie – If you want to prepare yourself for the Christmas cheese intake, there really is no better place than La Fromagerie – London’s most indulgent retail and dining space. Eat in, take away or simply stock up on a Christmas spread that’s guaranteed to impress.

Chiltern Street – Late Night Shopping – On November 27th Chiltern Street is open 5pm until late, making it the perfect place for those preferring to wander around one of London’s finest boutique shopping streets with a cup of mulled wine, safe in the knowledge that Christmas Day is still a few weeks away. If that isn’t enough to entice you, there’s a host of special offers, culinary delights (featuring infamous Chiltern Firehouse) and live music.

Le Chalet – Selfridges Christmas Pop-Up – After the success of Q Grill this summer, Des McDonald has opened its wintry, alpine brother – Le Chalet. Running until late February, the pop-up is situated on the roof of Selfridges, taking its inspiration from the shared food of mountain expeditions. The winter retreat serves seafood and BBQ dishes with fondues and other warming winter wonders.

Rococo Chocolates – Want to give your chocolate loving friend or family member a gift they definitely won’t forget? Rococo have produced a ‘be your own chocolatier hamper’ – to help your loved one unlock their inner confectionary craftsman. The exquisite Rococo Chocolatier Hamper retails at £195 and is available now.

Nordic Bakery Hamper – London’s best-loved Scandinavian-style café has produced a range of great Christmas gifts – our pick of the bunch is the Nordic Bakery Hamper. Expect Finish non-alcoholic glögg concentrate, the Nordic Bakery cookbook, a tea towel, apron and a host of other great gifts. The hamper retails at £85 and will be available from the end of November.
