World’s First Dedicated Health Concierge Service Launches in Marylebone

As London’s prime and super-prime residential markets continue to thrive new developments must now deliver a host of luxury features, including 24-hour concierge services, private cinemas and gyms fitted out with state-of-the-art fitness equipment.

Wellness services (personal training, massage therapy, classes, etc.) are often left to the residents to arrange personally or via the building’s concierge team. Dr Nick Buckley, a founding partner of The Health Concierge, sees this as a missed opportunity. “Developers are spending tens, if not hundreds of thousands of pounds to offer residents beautiful and well equipped wellness spaces. However, as many residents are members of the world’s most exclusive gyms, in-house wellness services often fail to meet their expectations. This is a shame, we believe that the residential environment is the perfect setting in which to engage people in activities that will help them to optimise their health, happiness and performance.”

The Health Concierge have partnered with Qube Leasehold Property Management, the prime London block agents, to provide wellness services at Fitzroy Place and The Chilterns in Marylebone.

Services at Fitzroy Place and The Chilterns include
Design and delivery of wellness programmes
One to one personal training, yoga and Pilates
Food delivery: both fresh and prepared
Massage therapy
Arranging appointments with partnered medical and complementary specialists in and around the Harley Street area
Reviewing menus from local and international restaurants and recommending dishes that fit residents’ individual dietary requirements
Preparing travel strategy plans to ensure that residents stay on track with their wellness programme during international trips

The Health Concierge also provides the full range of services to non-residential clients in a luxury private personal training studio in Central London.
