As soon as Halloween has been and gone, we know it is time to start getting festive. The highlight of the festive period in Marylebone, the Marylebone Christmas Lights, returns to Marylebone this year on 18th November.
Organised by Howard de Walden Estate, this years event will be in support of Age UK Westminster. The stunning food and drink on offer from local Marylebone businesses never fails to impress – last year some of the highlights were FishWorks’ oyster stand and the delectable toasted cheese sandwiches from renowned La Fromagerie. We personally recommend a warm cup of mulled wine to wash down the sumptuous food on offer. is there anything more Christmassy?
The little ones have lots to enjoy – including the chance to pet Rudolph and company in the reindeer petting zoo before the obligatory visit to Santa’s Grotto.
Wrap up warm and pray for a clear night – proceedings will kick off at 3.30pm, the lights will be turned on at 6pm and the event will go on until 6.30pm.
