The Weekender – London – 26th-28th July

So you have probably already seen our weekly coffee review, as part of our new weekly offering we are going to do a ‘This Weekend in London’ feature. It will have everything from the conventional to the very, very unconventional. Tweet or email us your recommendations… and keep reading!

So this week has been both sunny and Royal, so our recommendations keep up the theme!

1. Hit the beach in Camden – a very trendy rooftop beach is opening on the top of the Camden Roundhouse, soak in the rays while enjoying BBQs, live music and great food. They even serve up candy floss! (get some sunscreen on, keep the lobster to the fresh fish stall!)

2. Check out Prince George’s new home – the Summer Opening of Buckingham Palace begins on Saturday. This is an opportunity to see where one day Prince George will one day live, fingers crossed!

3. Rekindle your Olympic fever – the Open East Festival and the Anniversary Games will bring the Olympic Park back to life with not only top quality sport, but also music, art and some great food. Go check it out and relive last summer all over again.

If not you could always have a quiet afternoon strolling Marylebone High Street, chill in the park and maybe hit one of our top five outdoor drinking spots.Camden Beach
